Made your purchase and not quite stoked? If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, set up a return and we'll work with you to get exactly what you want and need or refund your purchase.
Free In Store Pick-Up
It's always free! All of the items in our online catalogue are available for free in store pick up.
Here are a couple of things to note:
- We will email you when your order is ready for pickup
- Please allow 24-72 hours for order processing.
- Head to our Sales Counter or engage any of our staff in helping you to pick up your order.
- Please come prepared with your order pickup confirmation in digital or printed format, please save a tree.
- You will need to bring picture ID & the Credit Card used to make purchase in order to pick up your order.
Please try to pick up your order within 7 business days or call our Customer Service Team to make alternate arrangements. Orders not picked up within 30 days will be returned to our inventory and your payment will be converted to in store credit.
Insured Shipping
Receive replacement or refund for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
Protect your shipment with insured shipping through Classic Cycle Okotoks and receive replacement or refund for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
If you choose to not insure your package, there is no coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
All insured packages will need a signature upon delivery.
The cost to insure your package is:
- $5 for orders under $300
- 1.5% of the value of the order, before taxes, on orders over $300.01
Standard Ground Shipping does not include insurance. If you want to insure your shipment please select "Insured Standard Ground" as your shipping method selection.
Shipping within Canada
Orders are sent via UPS standard parcel unless otherwise specified. Applicable provincial and federal taxes are applied when your order is processed according to where the item will be shipped. All orders being shipped are sent from our warehouse & fulfillment location in Calgary, AB and take one to two business days to process, in addition to the delivery times shown. Isolated and rural areas may take longer.

Certain products or orders are too large, fragile, and/or heavy to be shipped by our standard methods. Please email [email protected], or call us (403-995-0582 and we’ll let you know if your order requires extra freight. A ground door-to-door service for larger items and hazardous goods is also available – some restrictions apply.

**Please note at this time bicycles, oversize and overweight items are not included in any of our free shipping programs.
Taxes

Canadian taxes are not collected on orders shipped outside of Canada. However, orders shipped outside of Canada are subject to import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees, which are levied once the package reaches its destination. These fees are collected by the carrier or brokerage company and customers are responsible for paying them. Classic Cycle Okotoks is unable to give estimates for these fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

PST on these Items will be refunded when the order is processed.

When you purchase a bike, these Items are PST Exempt, unfortunately, they do not qualify for the exemption if they are purchased on their own.

Returns Policy
Standard Return Policy
100% satisfaction guaranteed. We stand behind everything that we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days and we'll exchange it or refund your purchase.
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the time of delivery
- Items must be in its original packaging
- Items must be in new condition, undamaged, without altering
- Items must be packaged appropriately for shipment in a manor representative of how it was originally delivered to you
Restocking Fee
20% restocking fees may be applied on any order at the discretion of Classic Cycle Okotoks if the conditions in the above policy are not met. Restocking fees may be applied to an in-store credit, gift card or deducted from the funds returned to your original payment method.
Classic Cycle Okotoks does not charge restocking fees for items ordered direct from our suppliers that are returned/exchanged or for products purchased from our stores with the exception of the following:
- Items shipped back in inappropriate packaging
- Special ordered bikes
- Items that are returned that do not adhere to our return policy
Processing Fees
Online orders that are cancelled are subject to a 3% processing fee at the discretion of Classic Cycle Okotoks.
Return Labels
Orders over $150 and apparel including clothing, shoes, and helmets come to you with a return label. You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to use the return label.
Customers who ship items after 30 days using the provided return label will be charged and responsible for the shipping and handling fees on the return.
Orders under $150 that do not qualify for free returns will be charged $10 for a return label at your request.
Orders from the USA are excluded from free returns.
How to Return
1. Submit a Request
If your order was under $150 and did not come with a return label. Submit a returns request and fill out the form. Skip this step if your product came with a return label.
2. Receive RA
Receive return authorization (RA) with shipping details and instructions on how to return items. Skip this step if your item came with a return label.
3. Pack up items
Pack up your items appropriately to ensure no damage happens during the shipping process. DO NOT ship items in display packaging. Place them in an appropriately sized package.
4. Receive your refund or replacement
After the product has been received and inspected at Classic Cycle Okotoks, payment will be refunded back to the original method of payment or a replacement product will be shipped.
